Changeover within the Board of Directors of Vopelius Chemie AG
Dear Sirs:
As per January 1st, 2009 the board of directors of Vopelius Chemie AG will be modified as follows:
As new member of the board we welcome Mr. Michael Stoffers who will assume the branch marketing and distribution.
The former chairwoman of the board and managing director for the branch marketing and distribution, Mrs. Daniela Böttcher, will assume the branch special distribution within a newly to be found company.
This company will achieve an important contribution for the support of the import and export trade of Vopelius Chemie AG.
We are pleased that we were able to gain Mr. Michael Stoffers, an experienced specialist for surface technology, as member of our board. We are convinced that with his support we are able to extend our strength within our core business.
